Job summary
To support the registered manager with the running of the home with the principles and philosophies of Sahara Homes policies and procedures. Contribute to support plans, menus, Key worker meetings, SU reviews and other duties that come with support within a Key working role. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and Supervision. Provide personal care if appropriate. Maintain safe environment for service user. If applicable to drive the Company Vehicle. Comply with CQC national minimum care standards. Attend training and staff meetings
Skills / Qualifications:
- 1 years experience as a support worker working in a residential setting supporting persons with Learning Disabilitites.
- Care certificate
- NVQ 1 or 2 or Equivalent
