Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team!

This role will include:

*Supporting our Service Users in the community.

*Assisting us as a team to maintain high standards of Quality Assurance for both Service Users and Staff.

*Assisting with the training and competency of new Support Workers.

*Managing the team every other weekend with the support of one other Senior Support Worker.

Role requirements:

*Minimum of 2 years care experience

*Must be motivated with a desire of role satisfaction.

*Must be flexible to meet the demands of the role

*Must be able to work every other weekend and have the ability to be flexible to swap weekends when required to assist with holidays and sickness

*Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Skills / Qualifications:

• 2 years Health and Social Care experience is desired.
