Bridgewater Home Care is hiring! Seniors care specialist & Supervisors An opportunity has arisen to work for the BEST EMPLOYER IN CARE and the E3 Business Awards EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR. This is initially Part-time work in Warrington which may lead to a full-time position at a later date for a suitable candidate. Our Senior Care Specialist workers assist clients so that they can live as independently as possible in their own home. We are looking for Friendly, Reliable and Experienced Supervisors/Senior Care specialist to support our team of weekend Care workers from on-call support, conducting spot checks, introducing Carers to Clients, Performing Care visits when required and supporting Carers through shadowing and existing clients. Morning Shift: 7:00 - 15:00 Evening shift:  15:00 - 11pm Weekend shift: 7:00 - 14:00 or 15:00 - 23:00. The ideal candidate must:

• Have an NVQ/QCF Qualification in Health & Social Care (not essential).
• A Driving License.
• Access to a Vehicle.
• Have worked as a paid Carer/ Home Care Worker/ Home Care assistants for a least 1 year.
• Have a positive approach to work.
• Be able to form strong positive relationships with co-workers.
• Willing to an 'above and beyond' the line of duty.
• Have a Caring and Compassionate ethos.
• Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
