Job summary
Job Duties:
Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behaviour
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client
Provide companionship and emotional support
Skills / Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in a care role
