Job summary

Your live-in carer duties may include but are not limited to:

• Providing companionship and company
• Supporting clients with personal care
• Administering Medication
• Light housework 
• Shopping
• Preparing healthy meals
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
• Supporting clients to pursue their hobbies, interests and, social activities
• Offering specialised care for people with Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke, and other conditions
• Typically 2-4 week assignments 
• Dual contracts available in the East Devon area to support our daily clients as well

Skills / Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum of experience working in Care is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
• NVQ/QCF Health and Social Care - Level 2 or 3 is desirable
• Excellent written and conversational English
• Entitlement to work in the UK
• Patience
• common sense and a good sense of humour
• A friendly and caring attitude
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
