Nicole Healthcare Services Limited is a CQC-regulated care provider delivering safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led care to adults in their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support service users across Milton Keynes and surrounding villages.

Location:

Milton Keynes & surrounding villages

Essential Requirement:

Must be a driver with access to a reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments

Supporting service users with personal care, mobility, medication prompts, nutrition, and hydration

Promoting dignity, privacy, choice, independence, and respect at all times

Accurately recording care delivery and reporting any changes in health or wellbeing

Working in line with CQC Fundamental Standards, safeguarding policies, and infection prevention procedures
