Job Role:

Care Surpervisor leads and looks over our team at RMH Care. They ensure the best work is being done and high-quality and support is achieved by our company. 

The Supervisor will be working from the office based in Pinner.

The role can include home visits and reviews done in person with clients.

You should be able to carry out risk assesments and communicate well with clients and other staff.

You will oversee all care plans and check how they are being carried out.

You should be able to overlook and update any documents needed for the care we provide.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

QCF OR NVQ Level 2 is preferred (Training can be provided).

Drivers License is preffered, non-drivers are still welcome.

Must be living in North West London.

Hard-Working.

Organised.

Quick-thinking.

Computer skills should be good.
