Job summary
We are recruiting a motivated & well organised individual with excellent communication skills to lead our Domiciliary Care Team. This role includes coordination of care staff schedules, maintaining communication with clients and carers, creating rotas and ensuring maintenance of compliance and care standards.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised
- Experience with staff scheduling preferred
- A full driving licence with access to vehicle preferred
