Premium Homecare provides domiciliary care to adults, young people and children in Ealing, Surrey, Sutton and Croydon.
We are recruiting a Registered Manager who is

Driving license and own vehicle essential
Ideally you will have experience as a CQC Registered Manager and in domiciliary care. However, we would like to speak to anyone who feels they have the potential.
The key capabilities for the role are:
- To ensure compliance with commissioners, customers and CQC standards and expectations
- To promote outstanding practise
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- To lead and manage the organisation in the director’s absence
- To support growth by ensuring the organisation can meet the identified needs everyone we offer a service to
- To create a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- To ensure staff have the values & capabilities to thrive in their job
- To recruit staff who meet the current and future needs of the organization
- To assist the Director to support the organization out of hours
Interviews will be held virtually on July 9th between 9-5, July 11th between 1- 5 and July 12th between 1-5.
