The service supports individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, neurological conditions, and other high-dependency needs.Care is delivered through live-in packages or day and night shifts, depending on the client’s individual needs. Paragon blends clinical skill with person-centred support, from delivering essential clinical care such as ventilation and neurogenic bowel care, to encouraging choice, autonomy, and independence in everyday life. For those with physical dependency, the service provides the support needed to achieve what matters to them, without taking over.Each care package is overseen by a Clinical Care Manager and care is delivered by trained carers, nurses, or personal assistants depending on the client’s specific needs.All staff receive in-person training which is focused on the individual’s condition, environment, and needs.
