Azure Care supports adults across Medway to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. The team focuses on care that is kind, consistent and centred around the person, so every individual is supported with dignity and respect.Azure Care is rated Outstanding overall by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In the December 2025 inspection report, the service was also rated Outstanding for Caring and Outstanding for Effective. Based on CQC ratings published at that time, Azure Care is the only home care provider in Medway with an Overall Outstanding rating as at December 2025.
