We are a small compassionate team, who are passionate about providing clients the care and support they deserve to enable them to remain at home for the rest of their lives.

Our Social Care Companions role involves caring for Clients in their own homes to remain independent and support them with all aspects of care including:

• Meal preparation
• General household chores
• Companionship
• Medication Administration
• Appointment Chaperone
• Social Community Outings
• (NOT 'Personal Care' as this is done by our specialist carer team, not by Companions)

Social Care Companions will have the benefit of:
