A vacancy for a Home Manager has arisen in the Essex town of Waltham Abbey. My client is one of the leading care home providers in the UK and this is one of their fledgling homes. It is a fairly large new build Home that caters for Elderly care. This care home group prides itself on high standards of residential care and would expect the candidate to be of the highest calibre.

The home has stated that the candidate must:
-  Be responsible for the overall management of the care home alongside the Deputy Manager.
-  Be RGN Qualified with experience in a similar environment.
-  Attend study days and courses as appropriate in order to maintain high standards and pass this on to new members of staff.
